Rooted in fine art and design, Dragon Tattoo reflects Annie Avdalyan's approach to tattooing as an art form in
its own right — defined by originality, artistic discipline, and a commitment to work that stands the test of
time.
Tattooing in
Art has never been just a profession to me. It is a part of who I am — an endless passion that lives in my thoughts, shapes my days, and refuses to leave me, even when the studio lights go out.
Every creation becomes personal. Every detail matters. I carry my work with me long before it becomes a part of someone's skin. I live through the process, question every detail, and often lose myself in countless hours of thought, emotion, and an almost obsessive desire to create something extraordinary.
But what makes tattooing especially meaningful to me is the human connection behind it. Every customer brings something different — a story, a memory, a feeling, or simply a love for art. And with every person comes a new experience, a new emotion, and a trust that I never take for granted.
I become deeply invested not only in the artwork itself, but also in the person who will carry it. Sometimes these connections stay with me long after the session ends, becoming a part of my own memories.
For me, the greatest reward is not simply finishing a beautiful piece. It is knowing that something I have created with so much passion will become a lasting part of someone's life.
I have never known how to create without giving something of myself to the process. Art is not something I can separate from who I am. It is how I feel, how I express myself, and how I live.
