A deposit is required to confirm an appointment and is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Customers may reschedule up to two times, provided at least 24 hours' notice is given.

A third rescheduling request will result in cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellations and missed appointments will also result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit is required for any subsequent booking.
